Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services, we have an exciting opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic Production Crew Supervisors to join our team, taking your career to the next level. Based on our client site located close to Muswellbrook, you will be embedded as part of our client's wider production. Our client is one of the largest individual coal production sites in the Hunter Valley region and produces high quality, clean energy coal for international and domestic customers. As a Production Crew Supervisor you will be offered training, support and mentoring to equip you with the knowledge and experience that allows you to contribute to driving operational performance of operators within a large mining truck fleet. About your new role: Reporting to the Programmed Contract Manager and Client Production Execution Superintendent, the Production Crew Supervisor will work directly with our client's team of Supervisors and Superintendents to help minimise operator delays and optimise equipment utilisation. Primarily this role will support the execution of efficient hauling activities, through management of available labour and resources based on skill and experience of employees. Regular communication with the client Supervisors, Superintendents and dispatch is paramount for the successful execution of this contract, so healthy working relationships and a team player attitude is key.
