Production Coordinator/Merchandiser-Bilingual Mandarin/English

Job Description

Tracking & managing the receipt and organization of pre-production & shipping samples, and maintaining up-to-date sample and delivery trackers.
Managing and organizing sample storage room & assisting with range set up for business meetings, showings.
Organizing samples & model bookings & image collation during weekly fittings.
Raising, issuing & updating purchase orders, ensuring all PO's are linked.
Cross checking prices, categories & supplier details, and maintaining accurate shipment details & ETA's.
Liaising with overseas factories daily to answer questions, provide comments on all requests within 24 hours.
Developing & maintaining fabric, trim & labelling libraries to manage all supplier submissions.
Working in partnership with Designer.
Translation of ongoing communication related to garment production.
Managing faulty items and re-call procedures.
Managing courier and post across design & production teams to and from suppliers.
General admin assistance and support to Production and Development teams.

About You:

Past experience in similar role/industry is highly regarded.
Mandarin and English speaking is essential.
