Our client, a respected leader in Projects, Fabrication, and Maintenance Services, is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusiveness within their workforce and industry partnerships.Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor for their Toowoomba Workshop.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee workshop operations.Execute project plans while monitoring costs and progress.Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards.Implement LEAN manufacturing principles and the 5S methodology.Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and operational efficiency (Lean-5S)Skills and Experience:Trade qualification – Boilermaker or equivalent.Proven ability to collaborate effectivelyPositive mindset with strong leadership and motivational skills.Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Hands-on experience in structural steel, plate, and pipe fabrication.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
