ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Hogarth / Ogilvy team – an awarded national production department and arguably one of the best production teams in the business. An entry-level role within Hogarth, the Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting effective delivery of production tasks across large and small projects, with a focus on Broadcast and Integrated advertising content, through to post-production and media distribution. You will work closely with Creative, Account Management and Post teams in the delivery of these projects. Responsible for maintaining relationships with our creative agency partners, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to award-winning, creatively ambitious work for a range of national brands. You will help to ensure projects have the right resources (onsite & offshore) aligned to the right briefs, can problem-solve on the fly but also know when to escalate potential issues before they arise. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Production Coordinator will provide active support to Senior Producers and the Resource management team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Campaign support Supporting production teams across advertising projects such as – Content shoots, TVC adapts, radio, social content, talent rollovers, CAD, and Dispatch Providing support to the Broadcast Production team and busy edit suites Preparing talent contracts and establishing/maintaining a talent rollover database Collaborates with Finance dept in creating new vendors, raising POs and supporting producers with third-party supplier invoices. Learn and adhere to defined day-to-day production workflows and ensure production standards are enforced Creativity & Communication Actively listens and prepares clearly written material and correspondence Approaches every aspect of the role with creativity, passion, & enthusiasm Loves the detail and is passionate about maintaining an organised filing system Work-stream Management Creates and maintains production schedules under direction of Senior Producers. Collaborates with Resource Team for Edit and Studio resources. WHAT IT TAKES Likely to bring up to 12 months of experience in an entry level role, ideally from an integrated agency or production company environment. Interest and/or experience in TVC & Integrated advertising Production, Track record of working across marketing production, post-production, digital, print and motion design. Experience with project management or account service responsibilities a plus. An interest in emerging production and advertising technologies, with excitement about how new technologies impact on ways of working. Professionalism in conducting business in an effective manner, with attention to detail and accuracy in all internal and external communication Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at jnr to mid levels, across different types of media channels. Ability to work at pace while remaining calm under pressure.
