Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere. An exciting role has become available for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the White Fox family. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring the critical path and liaising daily with offshore factories to ensure deadlines are met. Assisting the Design & Production Manager with day-to-day running of the department. Working with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines. Ensure efficient flow of production processes and approval between design and production samples; follow up on PPS and photoshoot samples and ensure they adhere to tech pack specifications. Work closely with suppliers to produce packaging and labels for all collections. Build and maintain close working relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders. Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate air and LCL freight from suppliers into warehouse. Liaise and negotiate with factories to approve all garment costings. Manage all factory invoicing for the Production department. What we are looking for: Degree/qualification in a relevant field (i.e., Fashion, Textiles, Production). Demonstrated experience in a similar Production Specialist or Manager role. Experience in day-to-day production problem solving, issue prevention management, and strategic production planning. Strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities with excellent negotiation skills. A natural problem solver who can quickly regroup and come up with a course of action when things don't go to plan. Passion for the overall production manufacturing process and seeing the final product. Garment construction knowledge. Good communication and MS Office computer skills. Organisation and time management skills. Attention to detail. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Additional Benefits: Brand new office, Rosebery location. Onsite gym.
