We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available. The Production Coordinator is responsible for execution of Production Orders (PO) in a timely manner in alignment with the critical path and go-to-market calendar.
This role focuses on execution, PO management, and supplier management, ensuring that orders are accurately reflected and fulfilled by the vendor.
The Production Coordinator will collaborate with the Production and Logistics teams to address any potential delays, communicating promptly with stakeholders and the internal team to facilitate problem-solving.
This role is dedicated to delivering results that positively impact the brand and its people, driving efficiency and success in the production process.
Key Accountabilities Raise and manage PO's, ensuring all production orders are created in line with business needs and that all information is accurate.Oversee system transactions, manufacturing orders, finished goods reports, variance reports, and any system concerns.Update and maintain the Production System.Track and supervise bulk production and delivery to ensure alignment with the critical path.Thoroughly follow up on the production schedule and highlight potential delays to the Production Manager.Provide daily updates from vendors to Production Managers to support reporting.Collaborate with the Production and Logistics teams to address any potential delays, communicating promptly with stakeholders and the internal team to facilitate problem-solving.Key Capabilities Understanding of manufacturing and logistics, including impacts on lead times and costs.Proven experience in production order management and supplier relations.Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.Proficient in reporting tools and techniques, with excellent reporting skills.Strong analytical and communication skills to support cost and margin management.Effective stakeholder management skills, particularly in building relationships with vendors.Excellent planning and organisation skills to oversee the timeliness of the critical path.High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.Why work for CRG?
