Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage daily production and employee issues, ensuring adherence to schedules and implementing necessary countermeasures. This role requires a strong presence across all shifts and flexibility in scheduling.

About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Afternoon Shift Production Area Manager to join our fresh food manufacturing facility based in Smeaton grange, Sydney - Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take on a key operational leadership role and assist with all production related activities while enhancing our operations, mentoring your enthusiastic direct reports, and maintaining a focus on exceeding team and company targets.
