KT3 Kitchens is a national industry leading manufacturing company and marketer of cabinetry solutions known for innovation and quality.
We are seeking to fill multiple production and assembly roles in our manufacturing facility at Lonsdale. As a Production and Assembly team member you will be responsible for general production of cabinetry including machine operation and cabinet building.
Key duties include:
* Receiving panels on conveyor and converting to bench and completing visual check to ensure good quality and correct hardware has been used
* Attaching and securing each panel according to the Task Instruction to assemble the cabinet
* Inspecting assembled cabinet to ensure each panel is fitted flush and square with the adjoining panel
* Attaching and/or inserting the required shelves, drawers and doors to the assembled cabinet
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times
* Working efficiently to ensure production is not impacted
Successful applicants must have:
* At least 3 years relevant experience as a Production Worker in the Cabinetry, Carpentry or Joinery Industry
* At least a Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or similar)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to allocate resources efficiently and manage time so as to achieve objectives

Pay: Up to $67,000.00 per year
