About us
Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC and MoRDC is the latest distribution centres being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect's national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines.
What you'll do
Analysing and monitoring the flow of products and orders through the facility to identify areas for improvement, processes enhancement and optimisation.
With support and training, become a subject matter expert and super-user of the automation control systems
Identifying system performance trends, unplanned faults and/or performance or functional deviations and planning, initiating and coordinating appropriate response and recovery actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining data integrity within the IT systems to ensure quality of information
What you'll bring
Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
Proven experience in a role encompassing planning, process control or workflow control with a well developed capability to measure and monitor processes and process data/dashboards.
A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations.
A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
Exposure to SCADA systems would also be highly regarded
