What you'll do Responsible for the day to day monitoring of systems and equipment to achieve daily throughput outcomes Reporting on and communicating performance against the overall Operational Plan and specific KPIs Leading and contributing to strategy development and performance improvement across the CFC Ability to analyse information, identify trends, prioritise issues and report findings to Operations leadership Participation in system testing including DILO, operations readiness and commissioning activities Monitoring CFC Inbound, Decant, Picking and Despatch progress against the daily Operational Plan to ensure customer metrics are met.
What you'll bring Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
Proven experience in a role encompassing planning, process control or workflow control with a well developed capability to measure and monitor processes and process data/dashboards.
A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations.
A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
