We value work-life balance.The Opportunity:Working closely with our Bone Roasters Production Manager, if you are successful in being selected for this role, some of the position's key responsibilities and duties that you will be expected to be able to do will be (but not limited to):Ad-hoc Production administration duties as required, such as re-arranging of work priorities in conjunction with the Production Manager to achieve Bone Roasters production goals and customers' demands.Participate in stocktaking as it occurs, details of stock counted correct and complete.Investigate customer complaints and undertake investigations and corrective actions.Monitor all documentation on production tickets and label printing to ensure they are completed legibly and in a timely manner.Work closely with the food manufacturing Production team to ensure that cleaning, quality and sampling regimes are strictly adhered to.Monitor production standards, examining samples of raw product or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.Who we're looking for:To be considered for this new full-time opportunity, we are seeking applicants who possess:Food processing/manufacturing experience with a background in administration duties.Experience in HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, Internal & External Auditing, Food Safety will be highly beneficial.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A proven track record of working in a team environment & assisting others as required.Some experience in Quality Assurance gained specifically within the Food Industry in Australia is preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to grow with the company, to be trained & developed.Be physically fit and capable of some heavy lifting.As this position is located in Nerang, applicants from within the area or region are highly encouraged to apply.
