Your efforts will ensure a smooth process in production and a high level of customer service. Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, this position is a permanent full-time position. You will be performing a diverse range of functions including general administration, processing orders, compiling quotations, scheduling jobs, procurement, coordinating inventory, invoicing, document control, reporting & liaising with customers.
What are we looking for from you? Well-developed customer service and business communication skillsAdvanced administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracyHigh level proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel)Experience in manufacturing operation/workshop environmentExpertise in business database usage or with an ERP/MRP – data entry, report generation and analysisDemonstrated experience with invoicing, job costing and job closure – advantageousQualifications in Business Administration and/or relevant work experienceThink you know Ampcontrol?
