At an exciting time to join Score's Production team in Gladstone, we are looking for a Production Administrator, who shares their passion and drive for excellence and success.
The Production Administrator's fundamental administration duties include filing, answering phones, processing orders, document processing, and any other store-related duties, in line with company, HSE, and Quality standards. The Production Administrator will be assisting our Senior Production Administrator and helping other members of the team as required.
This position is Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. The start time is negotiable and can be discussed at the interview.
Primary responsibilities
Assist with coordination of major shutdown activities, including but not limited to personnel logistics, arranging hire equipment, and cost tracking. Process sales enquiries on the system. Monitor the progress of sales orders and follow up with suppliers as required. Produce status reports and issue them to the client on a periodic basis. Generate and issue invoices and archive job files - on the system and hard copy. Maintain internal filing and job tracking systems. Update internal documents using Microsoft Software. Record meeting minutes and produce progress reports against the project plan. Qualifications and Experience
Previous working experience in a Production Administrator or similar Administration role. Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Skills and Behaviours
Good oral and written communication skills. A logical approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pro-active attitude with the ability to use own initiative. About Us
