About the OPPORTUNITY We currently have a vacancy for Production Administrator where you will be responsible for supporting and working collaboratively with the project team and assisting with other Departments and Stakeholders as required.
This role reports into our Production Project Lead who is responsible for overseeing the functional management of the Operations Administration group.
This role is supporting our Fabrication Phase team and is an onsite customer facing position within a production environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordination and assistance to the teams for all aspects of Time and Attendance, including system administration support. Supporting systems and processes for the team to assist with the weekly operations of the production workforce. Coordinating meetings, including meeting logistics, catering, minute taking, and maintaining meeting agendas. Organising and supporting business events, providing customer service, and supervising visitors within secured areas. Preparing correspondence on behalf of managers and/or team leads. Effective stakeholder engagement and maintenance of positive relationships. Ad hoc administrative or project tasks as required. Administration support to the wider Operations Administration team as needed. About YOU You'll have: Previous experience in an administration supporting role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team-oriented with a proactive approach and able to deliver in short time frames and changing environments. Excellent time management skills and a motivated self-starter with high attention to detail. Organisational and problem-solving skills. An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. A flexible and can-do attitude. Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite; familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Oracle is desirable.
