What you'll do
The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for managing products that enable our Supermarkets Commercial team to make and execute decisions that optimise our range and space.
Work closely with the Product Owner on backlog management, requirements reviews, testing (UAT) and deployment activities (incl BVT)Conduct training sessions, both remotely and on-site, to ensure users have a clear understanding of our applications and best practice process.Provide expert technical support for our range and space management applications, troubleshooting user issues, addressing queries and issues promptly, inline with SLA's.Support with identification, scoping and implementing enhancements based on learnings from users of core problems and frustrations using the tools.Own the support experience, ensuring we continuously improve the user experience and are regarded as exceptional business partners, providing valuable support to achieve business objectives.What you'll bring Excellent at problem solving and has great attention to detail.Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to understand user requirements and effectively lead sessions (e.g. workshops, training, listening sessions).Strong interpersonal skills, passionate about helping people.Commercially minded, understanding key user requirements and how to best use the tool to deliver outcomes.Curious to learn about the intricacies of our complex business and support the teams that use our solutions to deliver our strategic objectives.What you'll experience
