The Opportunity:

Our client is an international Maritime and Defense Technology company with facilities across the globe.
They deliver technology solutions across all marine sectors including Merchant, Offshore, Subsea, Naval, and Defense.

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to support our clients across Australia and worldwide.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, offering remote product guidance, aftermarket sales, and assisting our clients with warranty & spare parts servicing.
A good mechanical or electrical engineering background will assist with this position given its technical nature.

You must be an Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia to be considered for this position.

The Requirements: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification will be highly advantageous for this positionCoordinate Aftersales Customer Support both in Australia and Globally, offering technical advice, servicing, warranty assistance to the Maritime and Defense industriesPlan sales strategies for our international customers and organise meetings to demonstrate the capabilities, with a solid technical knowledgePlan maintenance activities along with our operations teams, organise parts for customer delivery and warranty claimsManage key accounts, ensuring they receive first-class serviceTake ownership of customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contactAssist senior stakeholders with their budgeting and forecasting responsibilitiesMaintain our CRM, keeping customer details, orders, and queries up to date at all timesArrange after sales service agreements with customers with the support of the Global Customer Management teamFull training will be given; however, previous engineering experience with a customer focus is essentialWhat's on Offer: Base Salary range $120k - $150k + Super + Travel Allowance if requiredHybrid working arrangements once you are trained and have established rapport with your colleagues and support staffTop training and development opportunities with a global organisationOnly Work 35hrs per week Monday to FridayAll lunches are paid at 1hr per dayOne paid RDO Day can be taken each month at a time to suit you, giving you an extra 12 days leave per yearFull training will be given on products and systemsPlease apply by clicking the apply now button; only applicants who have full working rights in Australia will be considered for this position.
