About the role WesTrac is seeking an experienced and highly driven Product Support Sales Representative to join our Tamworth team! To ensure WesTrac is the first choice for equipment solutions, this position will see the successful candidate identifying aftermarket Caterpillar parts and WesTrac service sales opportunities within a defined customer portfolio. By managing existing accounts and developing new accounts, you will engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, from owner/operators to fleet managers, on a range of transactions and projects to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions.
Reporting to the Product Support Sales Manager and based from our Tamworth branch, your customer portfolio will span the Tamworth region. It is anticipated that half of your time will be on the road visiting customers.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and comes with a vehicle and eligibility for a competitive commission scheme!
