ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Sales Manager - Product Support you will be the key contact for parts and service sales within North East Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, top performing individual with a flair for sales to take the next step in their career. Your main responsibilities will include: Growing sales and relationships with an ever-expanding customer baseAdvising customers on equipment repair needsAchieving territory budget by building trust and confidence with your customer base to deliver exceptional valueOptimise current marketing programs to generate win-win scenariosCRM reporting, including call planning, activity logging and customer updatesMerchandising of all new Parts Products and new/current service programsConduct equipment inspections to identify sales opportunities and support customers in lowest cost repair optionsFollow up on all leads and opportunities for your customer baseReviewing and monitoring performance against KPI'sABOUT YOU You are a driven and motivated Sales person who thrives on building long term relationships and achieving targets. You will have a real hunger to grow product support sales, whilst showing a true passion for delivering long term customer success. Your strong relationship building skills will compliment your previous experience and set you up for success in this pivotal role. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: A strong mechanical aptitudeProven sales experience within a similar industry (Heavy earth moving/Mining/Construction)Proven experience establishing and maintaining long term internal and external customer relationshipsExperience with meeting and exceeding KPI's and targetsA "go getting", self-motivated, reliable and a proven team playerProven ability to work autonomously, must manage time effectivelyWhy work for us?
