Due to an increase in demand, the Perth Branch is looking for a Product Support Representative – Construction Equipment to join its Customer Support team.Traveling throughout Western Australia to support customers with technical issues and create solutions to meet their needs, this position will assist HCA staff and customers with technical and diagnostic support.Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibilities include:Support of our infield Construction EquipmentPerform detailed diagnostic evaluationsPerform hydraulic testing, machine health inspections, undercarriage assessments and produce detailed condition reportsComplete detailed Field Information ReportsMonitor oil sample reportsMonitor and assist with product improvement programsAssist with drafting of quotations for parts and service requirementsAttend new equipment handovers and on-site demonstrationsWork with internal departments to provide high levels of servicePromote parts and service in line with branch sales and margin targetsTo be successful you will need:Relevant trade qualifications with field service experienceAbility to work unsupervised and manage customer baseExcellent technical knowledge of construction equipmentExcellent computer literacy skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to travel as required in line with customer needsAbout the BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
