Job Summary
We have a permanent position located at our Ballarat site for a motivated and talented Product Support Officer to join our complex and bespoke company that supplies innovative vehicles to numerous fire and many other emergency services and private customers, both locally and overseas.
Duties & Responsibilities
Development & control of Production Lines Books Development & control of Production in-line Quality Processes Accountable for Production Quality Sign-off at each production stage & final vehicle QA sign-off Development & control of Production Red-pen process management Development & control Safety Compliance Working closely with production to deliver Quality and Safety requirements Investigating/report on incidents, accidents and near misses Support in the development of process maps, procedures, standards and work instructions to improve production and quality outcomes Quality and Safety administration tasks and material writing Maintenance of Safety and Quality materials Promoting safety awareness and positive culture throughout the organization Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this role you will:
Tertiary Qualification or industry experience in Quality and Safety Proven ability to collaborate, consult and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written and a strong eye for detail Strong organisational skills with an ability to balance competing demands, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines Ability to manage corrective, remedial and preventative action to positively influence safety outcomes Auditor qualification or experience Experience with ISO9001 Quality certification standards A proven history or sound knowledge of Safety/Quality systems A sound understanding of the practices and legislation that apply to WHS Be able to promote and drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement A background in manufacturing environments Why Us (the benefits!):
