Product Support Manager - Heavy Trailers

Continuing to provide great after sales service and support, they are seeking to appoint an experienced and technically qualified Product Support Manager to join their team. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Technical Product Support, dealing with problems, complaints, repairs & failures • Investigating Warranty Claims, reviewing faults to determine cause • Providing training, both internally and to Dealers nationally to avoid repairs & breakdowns • Provide guidance to technicians on how to troubleshoot, service, & repair • Perform Root Cause Analysis for incidents, assessing historical causes • Travel to dealerships to conduct information sessions / training on all products SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced heavy automotive professional who has undertaken a similar role or role with similar responsibilities previously within heavy fleet / accessories or trailers. It is also expected that you will have the following. • A strong Mechanical Aptitude, potentially trade or engineering qualifications • Confident Communication skills, encompassing both written & verbal abilities • Has hands on experience with mechanical components and is able to build confidence with technicians • Be able to undertake national travel to visit dealerships, providing training & support COMPANY CULTURE Working in a professional environment is paramount.
