Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Sales/Tech Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Hotronix heat presses while also providing top-tier technical support to ensure our customers get the most from their equipment. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities: Actively pursue sales leads and opportunities for Hotronix heat presses, identifying and engaging potential customers.Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value propositions of Hotronix products to prospective clients.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling complementary products.Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for the customer.Technical Support:Provide expert technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Hotronix heat presses.Conduct product training and offer guidance on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance to maximize customer satisfaction.Work closely with our Hotronix Technician to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals and requirements.Utilize the CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and technical support cases, ensuring a high level of customer service and follow-up.Qualifications: Experience in a sales role, preferably within the print or heat press industry.Knowledge of Hotronix heat presses or similar equipment is highly desirable.Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sales and support tasks simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
