Assist with major and minor services to site machines. Manage warranty jobs and support with site claim submissions. Conduct machine health assessments and generate comprehensive reports. Maintain accurate documentation (timesheets, maintenance requests, site-specific reports). Promote Liebherr as a solutions provider, exceeding customer expectations. Ensure clear communication with customers, keeping them informed of all relevant information. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople. Coach and mentor Liebherr and customer technicians. About You Trade Qualified - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (AUR31220-01) or equivalent. Demonstrated experience and expertise with Liebherr excavators or similar equipment is highly regarded. Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a commitment to quality execution. A current driver's license.
