Liebherr Australia is currently looking for skilled Product Support Advisors to join our team in Perth on a day shift roster.
Duties IncludeInspect products and/or materials for conformity.Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manuals and make recommendations to internal and external customers.Maintain, overhaul and test electrical/electronic equipment as well as mechanical components as required.Collect data, perform tests and complex calculations, graph results, and prepare charts and tabulations, estimating materials costs and quantities.Inspect designs and finished products for compliance with specifications and regulations.Assemble, install, test, calibrate, modify and repair electrical equipment and installations to conform with regulations and safety requirements.Undertake electrical workshop functions such as installing assemblies for protection relays, metering and indicating devices.Qualification and Experience Relevant qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience.Liebherr Hydraulic Excavator experience essential (R9800 and R9400 highly desirable).Proven track record of high-level customer support.Customer focused, great attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.Current driver's licence (C class minimum).High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP and WAH.Assisting with research and experimentation programs.What we can offer you?At Liebherr Australia, we're committed to looking after you, with some great benefits including (but not limited to):
