We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Due to expansion and accumulation of more machines and customer requirements, we have a site-based role for a Product Support Advisor within WesTrac; servicing BHP Area C which is an iron ore mine located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 120 km north-west of Newman.Here you will maximise operation time and product reliability by providing maintenance support and technical support issues. This is a hands-on role (but less tool time) which requires you to carry out diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment. As an Advisor, you will also be required to undertake regular equipment inspections leading by safe working practices and lifesaving rules.This would suit a previous Field Service Technician, with good product knowledge.
