Our collaborative and agile environment offers employees the opportunity to make a direct impact on our success.As part of our continuing growth, we're seeking a Product Strategy Lead to drive initiatives across customer acquisition, credit risk strategy and assessment automation in both our Australian and South African businesses.Role Overview:Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and working closely with IT, risk and operations teams, you'll develop, prioritise, implement and refine strategies to uplift product performance, reduce risk, and drive new customer acquisition. Key KPIs include customer and application volume growth, marketing cost efficiency, application conversion, loan loss rates, and time to decision.This hands-on role requires a commercial mindset and expertise in data analytics to inform strategic product decisions. Basic SQL coding skills and the ability to draw meaningful, commercially driven insights from data are essential.
