Product Specialist - Surgical Devices

We are seeking a Product Specialist - Surgical Devices for the NSW territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices, particularly surgical devices, and will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the product portfolio.
Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the surgical device portfolio, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Providing product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Provide on-site support during surgical procedures, ensuring the proper use of devices   Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to promote our surgical devices and gather insights.
Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Nursing, Physiology or similar).
Previous experience in medical device sales or product support, preferably in surgical devices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for customer visits and training sessions.
