About the Role: An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team in our Paediatric business as a Regional Account Manager - Paediatrics in the Sydney (south), NSW territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our innovative range of paediatric assistive devices to families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and institutional facilities such as schools, hospitals, and therapy clinics.
Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying customer needs, preferences, and emerging opportunities for Etac ANZ products.Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of Etac ANZ products.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and end-users.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product knowledge and training support.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives.Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise through self-study, training programs, and participation in conferences or trade shows.Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Ideal but not essential – qualification in allied health or related field and/or experience in medical device sales.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.Valid driver's license.Additional Requirements: Current national criminal records check (or willingness to obtain).Current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Australian citizenship or PR.Vaccination or Medical Exemption - Covid 19 and Influenza.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that values its staff.
