Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Spry customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development. Provide support for our Spry customers to solve complex mining engineer problems Delivering training courses for clients as needed (face-to-face and online). Providing technical support for Micromine's global network of personnel and partners. Work closely with the development team, providing feedback on new features, and assessing impacts on support procedures and documentation. About You Ideally you will have a mining background with an interest in getting into the software industry. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Site based experience in a mine production, planning or scheduling role - also exceptional graduates will be considered for this position. Previous experience with technical support and training would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills. Exposure to C# is a plus!
