Meet the Family Law team
LEAP Family Law is a team of experienced family lawyers, legal professionals, skilled developers, innovative LEAP designers, and client focused operational experts.
With family law practice in mind, this newly formed team has embarked on a journey to enhance the core LEAP product and introduce new tools designed to address the unique challenges in family law.
What you'll do
As this team focuses on building and improving more Family Law specific products and features, the Product Specialist will create global material to ensure that internal and external teams are up to date with these product releases and updates.
You will work with developers and content teams to get the up-to-date information that you need, and you'll use your exceptional communication skills to deliver this in a variety of forms including documentation, training videos and webinars.
You will see this through to client feedback ensuring client recommendations are communicated appropriately to developers.
Your day to day will include:
Creating and editing online knowledge articles for all LEAP Family Law products Producing Release Notes for product releases Training new and existing staff on using the software and demonstrating new features Producing videos for Marketing purposes and online learning platforms Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements Translating highly technical language into a voice for business audiences Proactively seeking new and innovative ways to produce and share content Requirements
You are proactive, hardworking and highly motivated to build your career in LegalTech. On top of that you'll need:
At least 2 years of LEAP product knowledge. Advanced writing and communication skills, including editing and proofreading. Strong attention to detail and the ability to express complex technical ideas in a simplified way. The ability to work across multiple product lines with high attention to detail. To be a confident speaker with outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
