Epiroc is searching for a proactive and self-motivated Product Specialist Coordinator – Surface Drills to join our expanding Product Support team. This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support. Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of both customers and internal personnel. Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports. Act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Frequent travel within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips. Requirements: Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach. An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required. Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills. Previous experience delivering technical and product training. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
