An exciting opportunity to be part of Perpetual Wealth Management as a Risk & Compliance Manager - Product focusing on supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance in all Risk & Compliance activities to ensure appropriate coverage is maintained and service is delivered.
About the role:Implement & where appropriate develop PWM's Risk & Compliance Risk Management Framework and relevant frameworks, programs, systems, tools, and policies.Ensure PWM adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and all products (managed investment schemes & superannuation) comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.Conduct and document thorough regulatory analyses of new products and services and regulatory change/updates, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place before launch in conjunction with the product team.Maintain and update the Modern Slavery Framework including that it ensures compliance with the relevant legislation.Identify, assess, and prioritise risks associated with PWM's operations and products & develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimise potential impacts.Conduct thorough risk assessments for new and existing products, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
