Working closely with the Product Compliance Manager, you will positively impact Bunnings team members and customers through your work in areas including greenlife, garden care, pest control and biosecurity.
What's involved: Seek to understand customer and store challenges relating to the above categories Review regulation/biosecurity changes and how this could impact Bunnings Work on new and innovative ranges of products Improve current products quality and safety Improve education material and processes surrounding greenlife, garden care, pest control and biosecurity for both team members and customers Support where required by conducting product investigations and coordinate evidence for regulatory responses Additionally, you will work to develop and implement product compliance and quality assurance controls to support safety and compliance requirements, reducing impact of incidents and supporting speed to market.
Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will come from a horticultural background with a genuine passion for greenlife and biosecurity, have a thirst for knowledge and thrive in building relationships to manage business outcomes.
You'll need: Qualification in horticulture or related discipline, ideally coupled with relevant experience. Experience within the nursery industry – highly desirable Ability to plan, prioritise and consider risk in decision making Strong planning and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high performing team We're here to support you.
