Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer (OPE & FC), your key duties will include:
What your day to day looks like Conduct product testing/inspection and adhere to all OH&S and company procedures.Manage quality database and provide monthly quality report.Assess product returns & determine root cause and report feedback to key stakeholders.Establish and maintain positive business relationships with Bunnings, TTI product team, CRC team, marketing team, service team, quality inspectors, and TTI team overseas.Acquire and maintain product knowledge and technical competency.This role will also involve some interstate and international travel.Skills and experience Electrical or Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree.Minimum 5 years of Electrical/Electronic product engineering or QA/QC related experience.Ability to work in a very fast-paced global organisation with multitask skills.Product knowledge and passion for floorcare products, electrical appliances, etc.Strong hands-on skills to be able to pull the product apart, conduct analysis, and assemble it back.Strong ability to analyse, categorize and summarize data before reporting to key stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
