Job Description The Role The Product and Pricing Administrator is an important role in the TSS team and is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the product and pricing data. Working side by side with the small and close-knit team, this role is now available for an administrator who loves data and excel and wants to showcase their attention to detail and accuracy. Support the business by uploading and entering data Including product codes, supplier pricing updates/changes and product costing Responsible for the timing and accuracy of uploading the data into various systems Work closely with the Sourcing team for any new products being introduced or supplier product changes so that the data changes are accurately reflected in our systems. Maintenance and creation of customer pricing records in the ERP system Upload product code, image, price and clinical information on the website Work closely with all internal teams to ensure any data related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently with minimal impact to customers. Desired Skills and Experience A career with a difference To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in an administration role Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to tasks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Experience with MS Excel is a must with a willingness to learn new systems It takes every team member for us to succeed.
