As a growing company, we foster a collaborative culture with a strong commitment to business integrity. About the Role As the Product Portfolio Manager at MediRecords, you will play a crucial role in leading our Product team to new heights. Reporting to the Head of Product, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and guide a team of Product Owners, each managing the roadmap for their respective modules. This role demands a strategic thinker who can ensure the seamless execution and strategic alignment of our product offerings across various modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers, and Customer Success, to foster collaboration and drive innovation. Your ability to manage dependencies, engage stakeholders, and align product development with our company's objectives will be key to your success. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance monitoring, financial management, risk mitigation, and incorporating customer feedback into the product development process. This is a dynamic and impactful role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of product lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Lead quarterly roadmap planning and execution, aligning with strategic goals. Manage and support Product Owners, fostering innovation and accountability. Coordinate between product modules to manage dependencies and optimise integration. Align product development with the company's OKR framework. Research & monitor industry and competitor landscape.
