About the Role
The Product Owner will lead and optimise omni-channel sales experiences across digital, telesales, and partner channels. In this hybrid role, you will manage the end-to-end sales journey, from lead capture to contract, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with brand and product propositions to excel in the consumer energy market. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define and deliver a clear vision, prioritise roadmaps, and drive improvements in customer journeys, conversion rates, and brand consideration, balancing both business and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Implement new APIs into an existing digital join form experience for both the digital and broker channels.Implement a digital EV plan sign-up form.Design and implement the Telesales sign-up experience.Ensure a seamless digital backend experience to minimize exceptions for new sites, movers, and transfers.Rebrand the website and ensure the new Design System is implemented.Implement new navigation (IA) on the website to cater to both B2B & B2C audiences.Identify key journeys that require uplifted content to deliver on the brand experience.Implement user behavioural analytics (e.g. Fullstory).Consider Google Analytics account set-up and opportunities.About You Experience with online quoting tools.Experience implementing APIs.Energy experience preferred, if not utilities.Experience with Contentful.How to Apply
