As our highly valued Product Owner - Website based in either Brisbane or Sydney, your role will be to craft and communicate the product vision and strategy in line with organisational strategy and objectives. This includes sales, service, customer NPS, satisfaction, retention, adoption and usage growth outcomes, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
You'll make an impact by: You work pan-enterprise to create value for customers, prospects, and the organisation through the Great Southern Bank website - a key customer touchpoint. You'll define and develop the Website roadmap and collaborate with specialist areas within the broader Digital team as well as Marketing, Technology, Product and third-party partners to lead website initiatives from ideation to production. You will collaborate with the Digital Team and business stakeholders to identify product enhancements and improvements contributing to, but not limited to, sales, service and customer NPS outcomes, ensuring an intuitive customer research-led digital experience that meets customer needs. You will proactively own and maintain the Website backlog by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise and lead changes within the product, applying your digital leadership and expertise to ensure initiatives deliver on organisational strategy and objectives. You continually use insights to identify product improvement and enhancements, including customer research and testing, search insights, competitor research and feedback from our customers and internal stakeholders, to drive positive changes to our Website channels in response to customer needs. To succeed in this role, you will have: Ability to craft and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing a website strategy or roadmap. Proven experience maintaining a product backlog by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise and lead changes within the product. Proven experience identifying opportunities and delivering customer and business value, including website performance improvements contributing to sales, service and customer NPS outcomes. Knowledge and experience with website operations such as digital design and development, SEO, digital content production and management, A/B/n testing and personalisation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well-thought-out, simple solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate digital initiative progress and status. Proven experience in building business cases, and documenting service design changes and their impact on the business. Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
