What you do: As an iSelect Product Owner, your role involves taking on the responsibility of setting the vision and strategy for digital, CRM, and data applications that support iSelect's omni channel customer experience and internal teams in delivering cost-effective solutions to the Australians.
This role will specifically work in our Utilities vertical, working closely with our General Manager and business stakeholders to develop well-defined product roadmaps aligned with iSelect's overarching strategy.
Your leadership and collaboration with both internal and external delivery partners are crucial in ensuring that the right initiatives are executed at the right time, ultimately maximizing value for customers, team members, and partners.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in championing the internal value of your team, serving as a genuine advocate for your products and overseeing their entire lifecycle.
Your responsibilities extend to discovering, designing, and defining the platforms through which iSelect's partners interact with the company, a critical aspect of enabling customer-facing channels.
You will also be tasked with defining the various customers and actors involved in iSelect's customer journeys from the partner (B2B) side, bridging the gap between these partners and the customer (B2C) journey teams.
