The successful candidate will have ownership and oversight of ServiceNow instances, leading the design, management, optimisation, and security of all university's ServiceNow instances. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, user groups, and strategy teams to align the ServiceNow program with target state technology architectures and digital user experiences.
As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's enterprise platform consumption. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality work output that delivers tangible business benefits. Your role will involve:
Partner with vendors and contractors for the delivery of work.Maximise the capabilities of ServiceNow platform, evaluate and support the use of new technologies and digital tools.Take responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes.Communicate the potential impact of emerging practices and technologies on the organisation.Contribute to setting standards, procedures, and guidelines for implementing data protection and disaster recovery functionality.Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and improve the business value delivered from new or existing services and products.Ensure implementation of the organisation's information and records management policies and standards.Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in agile development, business analysis, or product ownership.Technical background in development is a plus.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.

Our client is embarking on a multiyear project to transform the business, the key project on this journey is the replacement and consolidation of 2 ageing ERPs into Dynamics 365.
The ERP Change Manager will develop and own the change management strategy for the ERP project which will facilitate the adoption of the new system, processes, and behaviours throughout the organisation.
