The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our risk team.
This role will be a key subject matter expert for all of our Governance, Risk and Compliance Tools.
Key to supporting stakeholders understand business value and manage product releases.
You will also be responsible for;
Gathering feature requests, co-ordinate implementations and schedule releases.
Managing the suite of Archer, Salesforce, Quantexa, and Refinitiv.
Solving product-related problems, making decisions, and completing trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Provisioning and maintenance of access management, including identifying and assigning employees to the business user groups.
Participating in operational and interdepartmental teams as a system resource and subject matter expert.
Acting as Project Manager/Project Lead on team projects of a smaller and more specific nature including planning time frames and managing resources.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be a GRC tools subject matter expert ideally from an engineering background.
You will have strong relationship-building skills with the ability to bring senior stakeholders along for the journey.
You will also have;
A degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of Archer GRC is essential.
Extensive experience working in product management.
Experience in building management reporting and visualisations of data using tools such as PowerBI, and project management tools, such as JIRA and Trello.
The ability to write clear and defined specifications for user stories and features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to promote product vision and progress.
