Your role with us: The successful Product Owner (Payments) will play a crucial role in supporting the product management efforts within our organisation.
You will collaborate closely with multiple departments and stakeholders (including 3rd party providers) to align payment product strategies with organisational goals and facilitate payment product launches.
Working in an agile environment, you will be responsible for defining payment project scopes, managing timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of payment product initiatives.

What you will do: Project Management: Assist the Product Manager (Payments) in defining project scopes, establishing timelines, and managing deliverables.
Support Product Roadmap: Assist the Product Manager (Payments) in maintaining and updating the product roadmap based on market trends and business priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to understand their goals, requirements, and challenges, ensuring alignment and providing feedback with product objectives.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify and monitor risks associated with new payment products and escalate issues as necessary.
Process Improvement: Streamline product development processes and approval workflows to maximise efficiency and alignment with product objectives.
Training and Launch Support: Develop supporting documentation and training materials for new products, and processes, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate successful launches.
What you will bring:  Relevant understanding of product management principles and tools.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Global experience will be highly regarded!
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proactive attitude towards identifying and solving problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
