Product Manager | Neurosurgery

Melbourne Medical Device / Marketing Rare opportunity for someone with neurosurgical medical devices experience to make the move into a product marketing role.Melbourne-based Medical Device company Neurosurgical or relevant clinical knowledge essential Close-knit and collaborative team This global, Melbourne-based Medical Device companyhas a broad portfolio of products and solutions used for the management of multiple disease states, including traumatic brain injury, hydrocephalus, hemorrhagic stroke, and other neurological conditions. Due to growth, they have a newly created Product Manager position available in their team.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
developing and implementing product marketing plans, programs and activities to support the sales team working with team members to manage events - trade shows, referral meetings and professional education liaising with KOLs/clinical stakeholders to develop market insights and customer requirements collaborating with internal stakeholders both locally and globally assessing competitor products and market positioning The successful candidate will have:
a minimum Bachelor degree in Science, Healthcare or Business neurosurgical or related clinical or sales experience an understanding of product management within medical devices or related field a track record of being a collaborative team player, willing to take on new ideas Most of all you will be passionate about and enjoy working in a challenging environment where you will engage with a variety of multiple stakeholders who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
