We have (6-Month Contract) Product Owner - MarTech role available in Sydney CBD.
You will be responsible for translating Digital Strategy into the MarTech product vision and roadmap.
The role will define 1st party data strategy, liaising with key stakeholders, marketing, tech and regulatory teams to increase digital Marketing maturity.
As the MarTech platform SME, this role owns, prioritises and manages the agile IT delivery pipeline for MarTech campaign management platforms.
You will enable business users to execute digital first, more personalised omnichannel campaigns across media, web, EDM and social channels.
Responsibilities: Product vision: Articulate the MarTech product vision based on the business strategy, customer experience, digital analytics, operational aspects, industry trends, platform capability roadmap. Develop business cases for funding requests. Partner with architecture, solution leads, marketing & social managers as the platform SME enabling campaign execution. Define technology enablement runway and own backlog: Translate the product vision into a roadmap for future business benefit realisation. Gather & prioritise requirements in collaboration with digital marketing, regulatory, CX, product, research & ops teams to translate requirements into project briefs & epics. Identify & manage cross capability dependencies, engage with teams for integration (adtech, digital, data). Inform resource planning. Drive agile delivery process: Define & prioritise the delivery pipeline on a regular basis, define the Minimal Valuable Product, and de-construct requirements into workable technology artefacts. Accept, sign off and migrate delivered projects to BAU and check against agreed project KPIs. Showcase capability to senior leaders & train business users. Project manage across business, tech and data teams – and manage indirectly team functions (Marketing, UX, Design, Copy, Content) to support in sync, on time, in budget project delivery. Non-functional requirements (NFRs) Articulate, own and govern NFRs on an ongoing basis to ensure a positive customer experience, platform health & performance and security protocols are being met on a regular basis (incl. privacy, accessibility, analytics, device / browser support, re-usability, IP availability, platform out-of-the-box utilisation) Skills & Experience Required: 5 + Years' Experience in MarTech Product Management (Essential) 5 + Years' experience with Campaign Management Systems, Analytics, PI data collection, UX (Essential) Experience working with and indirectly managing other teams (UX, Creative, IT, data teams) - Essential Ability to influence all levels of organisation & facilitate unified approach to deliver program of work (Essential) Project management skillset across waterfall and agile delivery models, routines and techniques utilising tools such as Jira and Confluence - Excellent attention to detail (Essential) Tertiary qualifications in MarTech, Technology Management, Business Analysis or similar (Essential) Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Excellent stakeholder engagement skills & collaboration skills
