As the Product Owner – Integrations , you will be responsible for driving integration solutions that streamline and enhance connectivity across data streams, platforms and applications.
As the bridge between the business and Integration team, you will play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and activity prioritisation to ensure business deliverables are met. Your role will be instrumental in driving productivity and efficiency through integration solutions that empower cross-functional workflows and data-sharing capabilities across the Jetstar Group. Key Responsibilities: Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation to understand their integration needs and priorities. Collaborating with business units and Technology teams to accurately gather, document, and communicate integration requirements. Working with the integration delivery team to prioritise the request backlog to ensure deliverable milestones are met on time, and within scope and budget. Developing a strategic roadmap for integration solutions that aligns with business goals and long-term technology objectives. Ensuring cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement to support the successful execution of the Operations Technology roadmap. Working closely with integration developers, support teams, and other product owners to deliver seamless, reliable, and efficient connectivity solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement by facilitating effective communication between internal teams and vendors. You'll have: 2-3 years in a Product Owner role or similar. Hands-on experience with integration development and transformations beneficial. Strong commercial acumen. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of product management, design, and analysis principles and experience working with a development team to deliver features on time. Confluence and Jira experience preferred. Proven experience with product development, roadmap creation and execution. Experience with transformational, enterprise level projects. Ability to thrive in a team environment, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork among cross-functional teams. Strong drive, initiative, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. Excellent project leadership, risk and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences. Proven interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, critical for understanding and addressing the unique requirements of our diverse customer base.
