About the role: The Product Owner is an essential part of the delivery of our proprietary applications to the customer. Managing multiple internal and external partners, you will be central to all activities critical to the timely delivery of business performance software to the hospitality industry. Your collaboration across the Technology team and the Customer is critical to manage resource availability schedules, troubleshooting issues and ensuring that all solutions are developed with the customer in mind.  
Continuous process improvement and implementation efficiency are a major focus for this role.  By gathering feedback from all stakeholders, analysing project outcomes, and staying abreast of industry best practices, you will develop strategies to optimise feature delivery and provide input to the product development roadmap.  
Responsibilities:  Collaborate closely with Software Engineers to define and prioritise product features, ensuring they align with customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget. 
Maintain the cadence of the product roadmap by ensuring features are developed, tested, and released according to User Acceptance Testing and release deadlines. 
Lead and manage product development using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative development, quick feedback loops, and continuous improvement. 
Gather and analyse user feedback, market research, and stakeholder input to inform feature prioritisation and product improvements. 
Work closely with Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and alignment with strategic goals. 
Oversee testing processes to ensure delivered features meet quality standards and are thoroughly vetted before release. 
 Identify potential risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables and develop mitigation strategies. 
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements. 
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to product features, requirements, and decisions. 
About you: Minimum 3 years of Product Owner experience, utilising Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). 
Experience using JIRA for project management, tracking progress, and maintaining a clear product backlog. 
Superior stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resource allocation. 
Effective time management and project management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
High level of interpersonal communication skills, spanning verbal, written and electronic.? 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
