Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our innovative software products.
You will plan and lead scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives, ensuring that requirements are well-defined and managed effectively.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, you will define and prioritise product requirements and manage the product backlog.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement.
You will analyse market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Representing the voice of the customer, you will ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations while negotiating with stakeholders to manage competing priorities and conflicts.
Working closely with development teams, you will ensure that the product is delivered on time and with high quality.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of organisational methods and standards, helping to drive continuous improvement within the team.
This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our product offerings.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex requirements into actionable user stories.
Technical understanding of the product domain and effective communication with development teams.
Experience managing the product development life cycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Product Owner) are preferred but not mandatory.
