About the Role
Our client is seeking a Product Owner with expertise in B2B software to lead the development and execution of their product roadmap.
This pivotal role involves collaborating with stakeholders, aligning product strategies with market trends, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market demands.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to guide decisions.Requirements Definition: Gather and prioritize product requirements through engagement with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
Translate needs into user stories and specifications.Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and development units, ensuring alignment and clear communication.Release Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, coordinating with development teams for timely and high-quality releases.User-Centric Design: Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and advocate for user-focused design principles.Performance and Insights: Define KPIs, conduct market research, and leverage analytics to assess product performance and make informed improvements.About You
The ideal candidate brings:
Essential: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proven success as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in B2B software.Strong knowledge of payments, B2B software, Agile methodologies, and industry trends.Analytical skills with a focus on measurable business impact.Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS models and B2B software solutions.Candidates who meet most of the qualifications and exhibit a growth mindset are encouraged to apply.
