Sinch ClickSend is a global cloud-based SaaS communications platform for businesses and developers that enables companies of all shapes and sizes to easily and cost effectively communicate with their customers and staff via multiple channels. We maintain a spectacular work life balance and try to mix fun and music into our days.We are seeking a Product Owner on a 6-month fixed term contract, where you will drive delivery in an agile team, representing the customer, both internal and external. You will work with the team to understand the product vision and commercial goals for the Integrations product. Working alongside the internal and external development teams to provide detailed analysis and customer user stories. In this role, you will collaborate closely with (internal & external) customers, designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to build and execute a product strategy that provides real customer value.Key responsibilities:Collaborating with different stakeholders, you will assist in the planning and delivery of integrations. Take ownership of the solution and direction of new features - with the support of your team and peers.Producing the PRD requirements and input into the functional requirements and detail milestones. Work closely with development teams to create detailed requirement documents for integration development projects, outlining functionality, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Work with third party documentation and resources to outline publishing requirements.Define user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritise the existing backlog making sure the plan and company vision is executed in a structured manner.Be the interface with developers to clarify requirements, dissolve blockers, and answer inquiries.Integration Strategy: Collaborate with users and leads to identify integration needs and prioritise feature requests for integration development.Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with integration partners to expand the ClickSend ecosystem and offer comprehensive solutions to our customers.Contractor Management: Source and manage contractors for the development of plugins, extensions, and native integrations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.Help Documentation: Create comprehensive help documents and guides for integrations and the core product to facilitate seamless onboarding and usage for customers and internal teams.Listing Management: Maintain and update the marketplace with accurate information and ensure compatibility with new integrations and updates.Integrations Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and functionality of integrations, plugins, and extensions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.Marketing Assets: Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare and supply accurate descriptions, logos, headers, and information for partner integrations and contractor-developed solutions.Integration Releases: Coordinate the release of integrations, managing the development lifecycle from planning to deployment.Integrations Support: Provide support for integration-related inquiries and issues through support channels, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Champion and lead internal product information, training, and update sessions to enable the wider ClickSend team to be aware of the short and long-term objectives and direction of the Integrations product Team.Conduct user acceptance and milestone testing, report bugs, and approve features/products before release.Plan and prioritise releases and align with other stakeholders on release plans of new integrations and help docs.Communicate the progress of product deliveries with relevant stakeholders and customers and set the correct expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:Experience in SaaS development – in a technical lead capacity.A proactive approach to setting initiatives and solving problems with the team.The ability to voice your opinions and ask questions.Previous working experience as a product owner in an agile SaaS environment.Can demonstrate a strong understanding of agile methodologies, requirements gathering, prioritisation, identifying and addressing constraints, dependencies, and risks.Strong experience collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements to customer user stories.Ability to build great relationships with the team and stakeholders.
