THE ROLE Product Owner The Product Owner will support the maintenance transformation ICT delivery for a client-centric co-design of maintenance services for public housing renters and staff through digital transformation.
The position will be working with key stakeholders across Homes Victoria, Community Operations and Practice Leadership Division as well as Operational Divisions and housing clients and maintenance head contractors.
The role will lead the development of innovative digital focused self-service solutions to support client service delivery and continuous improvement to client service outcomes around maintenance services and support staff in delivering maintenance services.
Are you Highly skilled in business process redesign and possess strong skills in agile principles of ICT development and its relationship with policy and program re-development. Able to understand all facets of the public housing maintenance processes with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities. An enthusiastic team player who will take an innovative approach to leading improvement in a rapidly changing service environment. A clear thinker who can work under pressure to deliver excellent quality advice to development teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Strategically design and develop the delivery of departmental objectives that impact significant localized service delivery and meet statewide departmental and government objectives and community expectations. Maintain an understanding of issues impacting the department's clients and investigate and lead critical projects that develop and review policies, professional standards and operating practices that enhance service delivery, budget effectiveness, efficiency and improved client outcomes.
